We have had a usage based program for printers and copiers for 6 years. We are looking for a MPS contract to use as a guideline to formulate our own for printer's only. Can anyone provide me some sample agreements they use?

Hello - and thanks for stopping in.

MPS Engagements have many similarities to the standard copier CPC/Service agreement...almost identical.

We have had to "hybrid" some of the content, but basically all the same.

I can get you copies - just send me an email.

Hi Greg,

I'm also looking for some sample MPS agreements.  Can you send them to me? I'll send you a separate email now.

Thanks
